Overview

The Service module is where you build and price your service offerings, and where your after-sales team logs and tracks every field or in-house job. It is built for Indian SME manufacturing and field-service businesses, pump commissioning, valve overhauls, AMCs, installation, consulting and support retainers all live here.

  • Maintain a service catalogue: a searchable, exportable list of every service you offer, with SAC codes, delivery mode and cost details. See Service catalogue.

  • Trust the cost automatically: every cost line rolls into one auto-calculated total you can quote against. See Cost components and summary.
