Overview
The Service module is where you build and price your service offerings, and where your after-sales team logs and tracks every field or in-house job. It is built for Indian SME manufacturing and field-service businesses, pump commissioning, valve overhauls, AMCs, installation, consulting and support retainers all live here.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Maintain a service catalogue: a searchable, exportable list of every service you offer, with SAC codes, delivery mode and cost details. See Service catalogue.
- Create and price a service: capture the basic details, then build up the true delivery cost line by line. See Create a service and Cost lines.
- Trust the cost automatically: every cost line rolls into one auto-calculated total you can quote against. See Cost components and summary.
- Run the after-sales desk: raise service requests with unique enquiry numbers, move them through their lifecycle, and keep a full audit trail. See Service requests.
- Invoice service work with correct GST: generate a SAC-coded, CGST/SGST-or-IGST-correct invoice from a completed job. See Service GST invoice.
