Overview
The Customers module is your central directory of everyone you sell to. Each customer record holds the profile, contacts, tax details, addresses and financials that the rest of the system, sales, invoicing and finance, reads from. Get a customer right here once, and every quote, order and invoice inherits the correct details automatically.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Create and maintain customer profiles: capture business/individual type, segment, tax IDs (GSTIN/PAN), currency and addresses in one guided flow.
- Keep contacts and site details: record multiple contacts (with one primary), plant/operational locations and bank accounts.
- Classify and tag: organise customers by segment, sub-segment and region, add free-form tags and tenant-specific custom fields.
- Control credit: set a credit limit that is enforced at order/invoice time, track outstanding receivables and aging, and place risky accounts on credit hold.
- Send statements: produce a customer Statement of Account (SOA) as PDF or Excel and email it to the primary contact.
- Find anything fast: filter, sort and search the list; drill into a detail page with financials, transactions and communication history.
- Work in bulk: batch-send statements, deactivate, merge duplicates, and import/export the whole list.
- See the full history: every customer carries an activity timeline, internal notes and audit trail.

- Every important change (create, edit, merge, activate/inactivate, delete) is recorded in an unchangeable audit trail.
